Built in 1904, the historic Victorian building that houses Vince and Linda  Ghilarducci's Italian Affair Restaurant was also the home of Francesco's, The Ghilarducci's late father's restaurant, from 1973 to 1981. The Ghilarducci family, with its roots in Tuscany, has been serving authentic Italian cuisine to loyal patrons since 1982.

The rooms are decorated in Italiante style, with plaster entrance ways and archways expertly painted to look like they are made of old marble or limestone giving the restaurant a romantic ambiance. This old Victorian has two marble fireplaces and quaint outdoor raised deck patio to enjoy the beauty Sonoma County has to offer.

Italian Affair is known for excellent prepared to order fresh pastas, veal dishes, lamb, clams and other seafood, as well as homemade desserts such as an authentic Tiramisu and a New York Cheesecake that could have come straight from Manhattan.

The wine list is extensive with over 60 wines including some of the better Sonoma County wines as well as a selection of Italian wines. As well as a full bar to serve all tastes.
